Duties

- Greet patients warmly upon arrival, verify their information, and assist with check-in procedures to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently, coordinating with clinical staff to optimize patient flow
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly, providing accurate information or directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Assist healthcare providers with basic clinical tasks such as patient preparation, taking vital signs, and recording medical histories using medical terminology
- Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to safety protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with privacy regulations and clinic policies
- Perform routine clerical duties including filing,



data entry, and inventory management of medical supplies

Qualifications

- Prior experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of patient care principles and excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology to accurately document clinical information
- Ability to assist with medication administration following proper procedures and safety guidelines
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules and records
