Step into a fulfilling role as a General Duty Medical Laboratory Technologist with Shared Health, focusing on clinical testing and patient safety. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and teamwork in a lab workplace. As a Medical Laboratory Technologist, you'll work closely with clinical teams, performing analyses on patient samples and ensuring all protocols are followed.

You’ll assist with both investigative and procedural tasks while maintaining compliance with provincial guidelines and standards. The ability to work under pressure and your attention to detail will be vital to success in this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform clinical analysis and proper reporting of findings
- Assist with laboratory projects and safety procedures




- Uphold quality assurance protocols during processes
- Maintain a secure and safe work environment
- Conduct inventory management and record keeping Requirements:
- Graduate from an approved Medical Laboratory Technology program
- Must register with the CMLTM
- Proficient in English communication; French may be necessary
- Preferred experience in lab environments
