Supervisor, your focus will be on supervising crews involved in snow clearing across various properties. This role requires strong management skills to ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC and client service quality. Effective resource allocation and swift decision-making are crucial during winter operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of snow removal teams
- Ensure safety compliance and conduct necessary training
- Communicate operational priorities and status to management
- Track performance metrics and quality control
- Develop effective schedules for winter maintenance Requirements:
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s Licence required
- Five years of relevant heavy equipment experience
- Experience in supervisory roles preferred
- Understanding of snow and ice management
