- Strong business analysis, requirements analysis, and structured documentation skills.

- Experience documenting governance operating models, decision rights, RACI matrices, and escalation frameworks.

- Proficiency in process mapping, workflow analysis, and modelling dependencies, approvals, and hand-offs.

- Ability to translate complex governance discussions into explicit, consistent, and usable artefacts.

- Strong written communication, attention to detail, version control, and repository management.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with programme management, technical leads, and governance stakeholders.

Preferred Experience and Tools

- Experience supporting cloud transformation, cloud adoption, technology governance, or enterprise change programmes.

- Working knowledge of common process-modelling methods and tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent.

- Experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration and documentation tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

- Understanding of governance controls, approval workflows, decision logs, and document lifecycle management.
