Support mental health initiatives as a Program Administrative and Communications Assistant with CMHA BC. This casual role emphasizes strong organizational capabilities and effective communication skills. This position is designed for an individual passionate about improving mental health access.
You will engage in a variety of tasks aimed at promoting mental health and substance use resources. Adept project management skills will help you manage responsibilities, from content creation to administrative coordination of scholarships for young individuals. Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain engaging website content
- Create promotional materials for various formats
- Edit and proofread communications assets
- Assist in administering the bursary program
- Track website analytics and report findings Requirements:
- Grade 12 and Office Administration or Communications certificate
- At least one year in a non-profit communications role
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively
