About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven CNC Machinist / Programmer to take ownership of programming, setup, and precision production on our milling and turning centers. If you excel at holding tight tolerances in a fast-paced environment and take pride in turning out quality components from scratch, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do

- Programming & CAM: Create, modify, and optimize programs using Autodesk Fusion 360 and manual G-code.
- Setup & Operation: Perform full, independent setups and run 2-axis and 4-axis CNC mills and lathes equipped with Haas and Fanuc controllers.
- Material Handling: Work with a diverse range of materials, primarily steel, stainless steel, and plastics.
- Quality Assurance: Rigorously inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure strict adherence to high tolerances and quality standards.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work proactively with team members, maintaining clear and effective communication in English.

What We're Looking For (Requirements)

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on CNC programming, setup, and operating experience.
- Technical Expertise:




- Strong proficiency in Fusion 360 and raw G-code.
- Proven track record operating Haas and Fanuc controls.
- Demonstrated ability to perform full independent setups and hold demanding, high-level tolerances.
- Language: Professional working proficiency in English.

Pay: $26.00-$38.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
