Join the Simcoe County District School Board as a Graduation Coach for Black students! This itinerant role focuses on providing essential support for academic achievement and post-secondary readiness. In this temporary position, you'll play a crucial role in guiding Black students to graduate and transition to higher education.

You'll utilize your experience to create strong partnerships within the community, identifying and overcoming barriers faced by these students. Your mentorship will foster a supportive setting, helping students thrive academically and socially. Key Responsibilities:

- Work with school staff to identify systemic barriers
- Monitor student progress and engagement
- Create community partnerships for resource sharing
- Raise awareness of the Graduation Coach program
- Support Black students' emotional and cultural needs Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in relevant disciplines
- Minimum five years supporting Black youth
- Knowledge of systemic challenges
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have transportation and a valid driver's license Champion educational equity and help transform lives in Simcoe County.
