• Identify contract risk opportunities and mitigation strategies • Develop contract management processes and templates • Monitor commercial impacts from partners and subcontractors • Support negotiation and management of variation orders • Maintain and audit contractual records and documentation

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, or related field • 5+ years in contract and commercial roles within engineering • Experience in managing medium to large-scale EPC projects • Tertiary qualifications in construction management preferred • Postgraduate qualifications in construction law desirable
