Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to ensure a spotless environment
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste responsibly in designated areas
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap to maintain adequate inventory levels
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management




- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines while remaining flexible to accommodate special requests or urgent needs

Experience

- Prior custodial experience in a commercial setting is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
