They work closely with a wide range of broker partners to get a holistic picture of each risk and make underwriting decisions that make sense for all parties.

They are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders and love utilizing their strong technical skills to ensure that risks are assessed properly. Working in a collaborative team they provide coaching, mentoring and development for less experienced underwriters.

Underwriting multi-line business across industry segments Building relationships with brokers Helping others develop through coaching and mentorship Minimum 3 years of Commercial Underwriting experience in property, casualty, automobile Completed, or pursuing your CIP designation (an asset) Robust customer service background Small Business experience is a plus We have a adaptable hybrid model that allows you to work from home up to 2 days per week,
