Your role

As a Landerz broker, you will advise property owners, developers, investors, businesses, and institutions on commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions.

You will

- Develop your client base with support from our technology and internal prospecting team
- Identify acquisition and disposition opportunities




- Build transaction strategies using market data, asset characteristics, and client objectives
- Advise clients on positioning, value, timing, and negotiation
- Approach qualified buyers, sellers, and investors
- Prepare pitches, analyses, and recommendations
- Negotiate offers and guide clients through complex transactions
- Coordinate with analysts, consultants, lawyers, notaries, and other specialists
- Manage mandates through due diligence and closing

Who we're looking for

You are business-minded, curious, persuasive, organized, and comfortable with technology.

You enjoy building relationships and solving complex real estate problems. You value strong analysis and qualified execution. You also want to work collaboratively, with access to expertise and resources that help you grow your practice.

Requirements

- Commercial real estate brokerage licence issued by the OACIQ, or currently obtaining one
- Commercial real estate, investment, development, finance, or related experience is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional training is an asset
- Fluency in French and English, spoken and written
