Job Summary The Commercial Specialist will serve as a key link between Sales, Operations, and Customers, leveraging advanced data analytics tools (BI/Actus) and CRM/ERP systems to drive business decisions, streamline order management, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires both analytical and commercial expertise, ensuring data-driven sales planning, accurate forecasting, and seamless execution of customer orders.

Responsibilities

· Serve as the primary customer/site contact for assigned accounts and support customer order management.

· Execute demand planning processes by ensuring customer forecasts are received within agreed contractual timelines, analyzed, entered into CRM/ERP systems, and communicated to the site team.

· Create and manage sales orders within ERP and CRM systems.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of orders, including but not limited to Master Scheduling, Quality, and Warehouse teams.

· Understand supply agreement terms and ensure customers are accurately billed for all products and services provided.

· Lead the development, documentation,



and maintenance of commercial models using CloudCC, Excel, and other related data tools.

· Drive the overall execution of customer service contracts and warranty loading processes, including pull-ins, push-outs, and cancellations related to existing contracts.

Educational and Skill Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field.

· Solid proficiency in BI/Actus, data analytics, and reporting tools.

· Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems; knowledge of international trade and order management processes is a plus.

· Solid understanding of demand planning and sales forecasting methodologies.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
