Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality hair styling, cutting, coloring, and finishing services tailored to each client’s needs and preferences
- Cultivate strong customer relationships through attentive service and personalized consultations
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering to all health and safety standards
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue opportunities
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and processing payments efficiently




- Promote the salon’s services through effective communication skills and proactive client engagement
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive, energetic atmosphere that encourages repeat business

Experience

- Proven experience in hair styling, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse techniques and styles
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients of all backgrounds
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices for maintaining a safe salon environment
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while prioritizing client needs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage appointments and maintain an efficient workspace
- Hairstylist Journeyman Certificate

Pay: $16.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
