- Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one services in homes and through telehealth




- Facilitate evidence-based interventions for all functional areas
- Promote independence and community integration strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Recreational Therapy or Therapeutic Recreation
- Current CTRS credential through NCTRC
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Robust communication and organizational skills
