Company Overview

Our organization is a dynamic and growing property management company specializing in professionally managed 55+ active adult communities. We currently operate four residential communities, with a fifth soon joining our portfolio, providing independent living environments designed for active seniors who value connection, lifestyle, and community.

Unlike traditional seniors care or assisted living, our communities are built for independent living and do not provide home care or medical services. Instead, we focus on vibrant, welcoming environments where residents maintain their independence while enjoying meaningful social engagement, wellness-focused living, and strong neighbourly relationships.

Our dedicated team provides seven-day operational coverage with a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service, proactive building management, and responsive maintenance. We believe thriving communities are built through communication, professionalism, respect, and genuine resident relationships — and as we grow, we remain focused on delivering positive living experiences that promote independence, social connection, and healthy, active living for today's seniors.

Position Summary The Community Engagement Representative fosters a vibrant, welcoming, and connected community environment through wellness programming, resident engagement, volunteer coordination, and effective communication. In this role you plan and coordinate activities, facilitate resident clubs and committees, encourage participation, and serve as a key liaison between residents, volunteers, facilitators, and management. Your work is central to the social vitality of the community and to the lifestyle-focused, independent-living experience our residents value.
