- Relevant degree or diploma in social services
- Demonstrated experience with individuals with complex needs
- Adaptable availability, including evenings and weekends
- Valid Ontario ‘G’ driver’s license
- CPIC with Vulnerable Sector Screening Support individuals in leading fulfilling lives by enhancing their daily experiences and community integration.
