DDA is seeking passionate Community Support Workers to join their Vocational & Community Services team.
In this permanent, full-time role, you will provide essential support tailored to each participant’s unique abilities and goals. Collaboration with other team members to implement individualized plans will be key to ensuring a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for everyone. Key Responsibilities:
- Support participants in daily living activities
- Implement and monitor personalized goal plans
- Lead engaging programs for diverse abilities
- Facilitate community and outreach-based services
- Create an inclusive and welcoming program environment Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Social Services or related fields
- 1-2 years experience with developmental disabilities
- Experienced in client-centered programs
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification
