Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Worker and be a vital part of building and maintaining infrastructure that makes a difference! Your work will involve operating heavy equipment, paving surfaces, and assisting with general construction duties to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.

Responsibilities

- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to move materials and prepare sites for construction activities
- Assist with paving operations, including laying asphalt or concrete surfaces according to project specifications
- Support various construction tasks including framing, digging, material handling, and site cleanup
- Follow safety protocols rigorously to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project milestones are met on schedule
- Inspect tools and equipment regularly,



reporting any maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, materials used, and equipment operation logs

Experience

- Prior construction experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with common tools and procedures
- Experience operating heavy machinery and equipment in a construction setting is essential
- Knowledge of paving techniques and materials is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines diligently
- Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding manual tasks throughout the workday
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills and responsibilities
