Hiring: Contract Conformance Specialist III (CCS III)

? Pay: $63/hr T4 OR $72/hr Inc.

? Contract: 1 year with Extenstion

Hybrid - 03 Days Onsite and 02 Days Remote

Job Overview:

- We are looking for an experienced Contract Conformance Specialist III to support capital and maintenance projects, ensuring contractual requirements, documentation, change orders, invoicing, compliance, and contractor communications are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day contract conformance and contractor documentation.
- Review contracts, exhibits, invoices, and contractor submissions for compliance.
- Manage change orders, directives, correspondence, and documentation logs.
- Support contract negotiations and resolution of contractual issues.




- Coordinate with Project Management, Construction, Legal, Procurement, and Project Controls teams.
- Support contract close-out and compliance audits.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, Legal, or related field.
- 6–10+ years of experience in contract administration/conformance, construction, engineering, or related areas.
- Experience with energy/infrastructure construction projects preferred.
- Robust communication, organization, technical writing, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
