Corporate Actions Associate | Toronto, ON | 12-Month Contract

Pay Rate: $40.00-45.00/hour

Insight Global is hiring a Corporate Actions Associate to join the Asset Servicing team at one of Canada's Top 5 Banks in Toronto. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience managing voluntary corporate actions and navigating the full corporate action lifecycle in a fast-paced capital markets setting.

In this role, you'll be responsible for processing and managing complex corporate action events across global markets, working closely with trading desks, operations teams, counterparties, and vendors to ensure accurate execution while minimizing operational and financial risk.

What We're Looking For: • 3-5+ years of Corporate Actions experience within a broker-dealer, investment bank, or asset servicing environment

- Strong knowledge of voluntary corporate actions, elections, entitlements,



and arbitrage events
- Experience with cash and stock reconciliations, risk management, and operational controls
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven trading environment
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with corporate action platforms

Nice to Have: • BNP Neolink, Global One, FIS XSPRISA, IMatch, or Global Framework experience

- Prime Brokerage experience
