The Opportunity

Lead a high-performing, hands-on operation where you'll combine PIC responsibilities with operational oversight. You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, training providers, and regulatory authorities to optimize safety, standardization, and performance-while representing the company with exceptional discretion and professionalism.

What You Will Do

- Ensure safe, compliant Part 91 flight operations, including oversight of flight crew, aircraft airworthiness, and duty-time compliance.
- Plan and execute flights end-to-end: flight plans, weather review, performance, inspections, provisioning, and logistics.
- Manage pilot training, qualifications, and records; coordinate all flight and ground training with external providers.
- Maintain and update operational manuals, SOPs, and publications aligned with current FAA requirements and best practices.
- Lead safety programs and risk management initiatives; communicate safety bulletins and operational changes to crew.
- Coordinate with FAA authorities, internal teams, and external partners on operational, regulatory, and training matters.
- Oversee flight crew scheduling to ensure compliance with flight and duty time limitations.
- Exhibit executive presence and discretion while supporting corporate passengers.

What You Bring

- Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP)



Certificate (Unrestricted) and current FAA First-Class Medical.
- Current Instrument Rating and applicable aircraft type rating (or ability to obtain).
- Minimum 5,000 total flight hours with substantial multi-engine turbine experience.
- Proven experience in a corporate flight department environment.
- Robust working knowledge of FARs and relevant FAA guidance material.
- Leadership background as Chief Pilot, Training Captain, or in flight operations supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to manage crew scheduling and ensure duty-time compliance.
- Deep understanding of aircraft airworthiness standards and operational risk management.
- Experience maintaining operational manuals, SOPs, and regulatory documentation.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and client-facing polish with executive passengers.
