As a collaborative member of our legal team, the Corporate Legal Counsel will engage in critical areas such as merger and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and governance. You will partner with finance professionals to ensure accurate legal disclosures and manage various compliance investigations. Candidates should possess 3-5 years of legal experience from a law firm or in-house environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Support M&A; activities,
