Become a key advisor with our company as a Corporate Legal Counsel, providing business-oriented legal strategies and risk management. Collaborate directly with senior leaders and operations teams in this dynamic role. Reporting to the General Counsel, this in-house position requires an accomplished lawyer with a strong JD or LLB degree and a minimum of five to seven years post-call experience.

You will address a wide range of legal matters, including corporate, governance, employment, and compliance, ensuring the organization meets its goals while managing risks effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive legal advice across corporate and commercial areas
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
- Support procurement, financing,



and real estate transactions
- Advise on corporate governance and compliance issues
- Conduct legal research with practical recommendations Requirements:
- JD or LLB degree with good standing membership
- 5-7 years of post-call legal experience
- Proficiency in corporate/commercial law and governance
