We are growing our delivery team and are looking for reliable, responsible, and customer-focused Courier Drivers to join us.

About the Role

As a Courier Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently picking up and delivering packages, documents, and other shipments to customers and businesses.

You will represent Topping Courier directly in the community, so professionalism, punctuality, communication, and careful handling of shipments are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick up and deliver packages, documents, and shipments safely and on time.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and optimize your travel when appropriate.
- Use navigation and Topping Courier's delivery technology/app to manage assignments and delivery information.
- Confirm pickup and delivery information accurately.
- Provide proof of delivery when required, including photos or signatures.
- Handle packages carefully and maintain their condition throughout transportation.
- Communicate professionally with customers, businesses, dispatchers, and the operations team.
- Follow all company procedures regarding package handling, customer service, and delivery security.
- Report delivery issues, delays, damaged packages, or other concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate delivery records through the company's technology platform.
- Follow all applicable traffic, safety, and transportation regulations.




- Maintain a clean and professional appearance when representing Topping Courier.
- Perform other delivery-related duties as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Valid Ontario driver's license appropriate for the vehicle being operated.
- Clean or satisfactory driving record.
- Previous courier, delivery, logistics, customer service, or driving experience is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of GTA roads and neighbourhoods is an asset.
- Ability to use GPS/navigation applications and smartphone-based delivery technology.
- Reliable access to a smartphone.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries.
- Ability to safely lift and carry packages as required.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible work ethic.
- Ability to pass any required driver or background screening.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
