Job Overview

Plaza Property Services is currently seeking motivated individuals looking to join our growing winter maintenance team. We are currently seeking sidewalk crew leaders. Full time and part time positions are available.

Team members are motivated individuals that enjoy working outdoors on a daily basis and are comfortable working early mornings and long shifts. Duties include clearing snow from walkways and driveways with shovels and snow blowers on residential and commercial sites. Some salting will also be required.

Qualifications

- Prior sidewalk snow clearing experience an asset
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to our shop in Guelph
- Available to be on call 24/7 for any snow and ice events
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday, weekends and holidays




- Able to work and cooperate in a team setting
- Physically fit with ability to lift in excess of 50 lbs
- Able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
- Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies to ensure efficient operations
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to develop their skills and knowledge

We offer competitive wages starting at $25.00/hr, weekly pay and opportunity for advancement based on: · Availability and reliability

· A valid G license with a clean driving record

There is also opportunity to join the grass crew for year round employment.
