This full-time, permanent role focuses on crisis intervention and support services for individuals in need. As a key player at the Crisis Centre, you will be responsible for responding to referrals and conducting mental health assessments.

Your expertise in crisis management and harm reduction will help establish therapeutic relationships and provide essential support to clients. This role involves team-oriented work with other providers, ensuring that individuals receive the care they need promptly. Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to referrals via phone and in person
- Conduct mental health and addiction assessments

- Degree or diploma in mental health or addictions field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in direct-service roles
