You will work with critically ill patients, emphasizing education and advocacy while maintaining the nursing standards set by the College of Nurses of Ontario. Your experience in critical care will enhance outcomes and patient comfort. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Advocate for patients’ needs within the healthcare system
- Collaborate with team members to implement interventions
- Support patient-focused care principles and initiatives Requirements:
- Current registration with the Ontario College of Nurses
- Minimum of two years clinical experience in critical care
- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred
- Current BCLS and ACLS certificates
