Drive effective parts procurement as a Critical Parts Procurement Specialist at O.E.M.

Your role will emphasize ordering, expediting, and optimizing parts supply while collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to enhance service levels and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in customer satisfaction and inventory management. Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and order parts from Caterpillar and CRCs
- Monitor and prioritize rebuild orders effectively
- Generate purchase orders to meet inventory requirements




- Expedite urgent orders to ensure delivery reliability
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in parts or service roles
- Familiarity with Lawson MRP system preferred
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Understanding of supply chain and procurement activities Utilize your skills to improve procurement efficiency at O.E.M. Remanufacturing while ensuring parts availability for Finning's customer solutions.
