Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Cross-Border Owner Operator Truck Driver and take charge of transporting freight across international borders with precision and professionalism. In this vital role, you will operate your own heavy-duty truck to move cargo efficiently between Canada and USA. Specifically we work in the Atlantic corridor, Ontario to New Jersey, Pennsylvania and back.

You will ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Your expertise in commercial driving, heavy equipment operation, and automotive repair will be essential to keep operations smooth and successful. Driver Requirements (Must have)

- Driver Requirements/Must Have:
- Class 8 / A-Z Driver's licence
- 3 Years of verifiable experience
- Cross Border Ready (CAN/US ONLY)
- CLEAN CVOR / MVR Reports

Program and Salary Brakedown: Option 1: 30% from Gross Revenue

- Must have your own Tractor
- Tolls Transponder and Border Transponder (We can request for you)
- We provide Trailer (We pay)
- We provide Parking (We pay)
- We provide IFTA, HUT, CTU, KYU Stickers (Deducted from your pay Quarterly)
- We provide Fuel Card ( Deduct fuel from your gross revenue weekly)
- We provide loads ( Revenue potential $5-10K weekly based on your work ethic)

Option 2: 15% from Gross Revenue

- Must have Your own Tractor and Reefer Trailer
- Must have Transponders ( Tolls and Border)
- You pay Insurance, Fuel, Tolls, Border, Parking in our secured yard
- We provide Parking (Deducted Monthly)
- We provide Insurance (Deducted Monthly)
- We provide IFTA, HUT, CTU, KYU Stickers ( Deducted from your pay Quarterly)
- We provide Fuel Card ( Deduct fuel from your gross revenue weekly)
- We provide loads ( Revenue potential $5-10K weekly based on your work ethic)

Duties





- Safely operate your own commercial truck across international borders, adhering to all transportation laws and safety regulations.
- Load, secure, and unload freight using equipment such as forklifts when necessary, ensuring cargo integrity during transit.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of your vehicle to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns, performing basic automotive repairs when applicable.
- Coordinate with dispatch teams to plan optimal routes for timely deliveries while managing any unforeseen delays proactively.
- Maintain accurate documentation of shipments, including delivery logs, customs paperwork, and inspection reports.
- Operate heavy equipment like forklifts to load or unload freight at warehouses or distribution centers efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients, customs officials, and team members to ensure smooth border crossings and delivery processes.

Skills

- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License, AZ, Class 8) suitable for cross-border transportation.
- Must have minimum 3 Years of verifiable experience.
- Canadian or USA Citizen with ability to Cross the border!
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols for secure transportation.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently during loading/unloading processes.
- Basic automotive repair skills to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Strong understanding of customs regulations and border crossing procedures for international shipping.
