We are looking for a motivated Customer Account Associate to join our growing team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and helping customers find the right wireless and internet products for their needs.

As a Customer Account Associate, you will work directly with customers to understand their connectivity needs, explain wireless and internet options, and help them make informed decisions. Strong communication, product knowledge, and a customer-focused approach are important to success as a Customer Account Associate.

Customer Account Associate Responsibilities:

- Speak directly with customers about wireless and internet products
- Learn and explain available wireless services and product options
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Help customers compare wireless and internet service options
- Provide clear information about features, products, and services
- Build positive customer relationships through professional communication
- Stay current on wireless and internet product updates
- Work with team members to support daily goals as a Customer Account Associate

Customer Account Associate Qualifications:





- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in wireless, internet, and technology products
- Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
- Professional, personable, and customer-focused
- Motivated and willing to learn new wireless products and services
- Dependable and able to work well with a team
- Previous experience in wireless, internet, sales, customer service, or retail is a plus
- No previous experience is required
