What You’ll Do

As part of our Admin Team, you’ll be an important first point of contact for our customers and dealer partners while supporting our Financial Services team.

- Provide friendly, qualified customer service by phone and email
- Take customer credit applications over the phone
- Accurately enter financing applications into lender platforms
- Communicate with customers and dealers to gather required information
- Work closely with our Financial Services team to keep deals moving smoothly
- Handle confidential customer information with care
- Learn our financing processes, products and lender programs
