Customer Service Representative / Team Member – Domino’s Pizza

Domino’s Pizza is looking for friendly, energetic and reliable people to join our team!

Are you someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills and being part of a fast-paced team? We are looking for Customer Service Representatives (CSR) / Team Members to help us provide great customer service and make quality Domino’s products.

No previous pizza or restaurant experience is required — we provide training!

What You’ll Do

As a CSR / Team Member, you will be trained to work in different areas of the store. Your responsibilities may include:

- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Take customer orders accurately by phone and in person
- Answer customer questions and provide information about menu items and current promotions
- Enter orders into the POS system accurately
- Handle cash, debit/credit and other customer payments
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Prepare pizzas and other Domino’s products according to company standards
- Prepare toppings, ingredients and other food items
- Stretch dough, sauce and top pizzas
- Cut pizzas and prepare orders for customers and delivery
- Package and label orders accurately
- Check orders for accuracy and quality before they leave the store
- Stock ingredients and supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized and protected work environment
- Follow food safety, sanitation and workplace safety procedures
- Complete opening, closing and cleaning duties as assigned
- Work as part of a team to ensure fast and efficient service
- Follow Domino’s operational, food quality and customer service standards
- Perform other restaurant duties as required

Previous restaurant, pizza or customer service experience is an asset, but not required. We are happy to train the right person.

Qualifications

- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and company procedures
- Food Handler certification is an asset but can be obtained after hiring where applicable
- Must be available for a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
