Overview The Customer-Facing Customer Service Sales Associate acts as the primary point of contact and public face of Verge of Wellness. This role is responsible for delivering a high level of customer service by assisting clients in person and over the phone, addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and always ensuring a positive and professional customer experience. RATE OF PAY to be discussed based on experience, Saturdays will be required.

Main Duties

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
- Respond to customer inquiries in person and via telephone
- Promote goods or services - Provide accurate information about Products/Services and Pricing/Availability
- Process sales, orders, bookings, or service requests as applicable
- Handle customer concerns or complaints and escalate when necessary
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-facing environment




- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure efficient service delivery
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Support daily operations and administrative tasks as required

Qualifications & Skills
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a sometimes fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, scheduling software, email, etc.)
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: From $17.50 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
