- Greet and assist customers in a qualified, friendly, and helpful manner.
- Process domestic and international shipments using UPS systems.
- Handle package drop-offs, Amazon returns, and tracking inquiries.
- Operate the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) equipment accurately.
- Provide printing, copying, faxing, scanning, and other document services.
- Take passport and identification photos for all required types and specifications.
- Package items safely and securely for shipping using proper materials and techniques.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer questions and inquiries.
- Promote store products and services based on customer needs.
- Maintain inventory and keep the store clean, organized, and presentable.
- Follow all company procedures, policies, and safety guidelines.
- Training will be provided.
Pay: $17.60 per hour
