Under the supervision of the Director, Systems and Data, this position contributes to the HR analytics needs of the organization and the implementation of best practices in the administration and management of our information systems

- Analyze and adapt management systems to meet emerging needs and organizational changes;
- Support the various users of the systems in place (demonstrations, training and documentation);
- Ensure the integrity and reliability of the current system is maintained (security roles);
- Contribute to the organization's reporting and indicator needs;
- Analyze and evaluate human resources data and metrics related to headcount, turnover, retention, etc;
- Remain up to date on trends and developments in data management and security, HR technologies and HRIS applications.
