The Data Scientist will join a machine learning squad focused on developing Artificial Intelligence solutions, including ML and Generative AI. This role requires expertise in Python development, predictive analytics, and prompt engineering to deliver cutting-edge solutions for complex business problems. The candidate will collaborate with clients and SMEs to translate requirements into effective models, ensuring performance, scalability, and ongoing monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

- De velop and maintain ML models for business applications.
- Conduct model evaluation including parameter tuning, feature selection, and calibration experiments.
- Contribute to prompt engineering for data analysis and discovery.
- Perform testing and performance analysis to ensure solution reliability.
- Conduct benchmarking experiments for model and prompt optimization.
- Collaborate with SMEs and clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.




- Monitor ML/GenAI solutions throughout their lifecycle for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

- B achelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Hands-on experience building ML and Data Science solutions for real-world problems.
- Strong understanding of ML models and concepts, best practices, and analysis.
- Experience with OpenAI and LLM models including prompt engineering, testing, and performance evaluation.
- Strong data science and statistical analytics skills.
- Excellent problem-solving with an innovative mindset.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

- Prior experience in predictive analytics projects.
- Exposure to GenAI solution lifecycle and maintenance.
