Responsibilities

- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to transport lumber and building materials to various customer locations.
- Load and unload materials using equipment such as forklifts or hand tools, ensuring items are secured properly for transit.
- Communicate clearly with customers upon delivery, providing excellent service and addressing any questions or concerns professionally.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of your vehicle to ensure safety standards are met before each shift.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including receipts, logs, and delivery confirmations.
- Assist in warehouse operations by moving stock within the yard, organizing inventory, and supporting loading activities as needed.




- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in warehouse operations or commercial driving is required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driver’s license (CDL) certification is a plus.
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is desirable; certification is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors.
- Physical stamina to handle moving materials, loading/unloading trucks, and outdoor work conditions.
- A proactive attitude with excellent time management skills to meet delivery schedules consistently.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 42.5 per week
