Job Type: Full Time Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday Wage: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour, depending on experience About the Clinic At Ironwood Dental, we're passionate about creating an environment where both patients and team members feel truly cared for.

Provide chairside assistance during orthodontic and general dental procedures.



Support orthodontic treatments and assist with various stages of patients' treatment journeys. Take digital scans, impressions, radiographs, photographs, and other diagnostic records as required.

Prepare treatment rooms and instruments while maintaining high standards of infection prevention and control. Provide patients with clear instructions regarding treatment, oral hygiene, and post-treatment care. Work closely with the dentist and clinical team to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.

Contribute to a positive, welcoming, and patient-focused clinic environment. Current certification as a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) and registration with BCCOHP. Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience , with a robust preference for candidates with orthodontic experience.

Experience with digital scanning technology, such as iTero or similar.

Experience with Tracker dental software is considered an asset but is not required. A genuine passion for orthodontics and helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
