THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a loyal, self-directed and customer-focused Dental Service Technician to join our growing service team. In this role, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair dental equipment and related systems, combining hands-on mechanical and electrical skills with IT expertise. Most importantly, you will provide exceptional service and build strong, long-term relationships with our customers.

WHAT YOU WILL Do

Install and calibrate dental equipment (chairs,

delivery systems, x-ray units, compressors, etc.)

Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical,

electrical and software issues

Maintain accurate service records and submit reports

Provide client training and support on equipment and digital systems

Collaborate with the technical sales team to ensure customer satisfaction





Stay up to date with manufacturer updates and training programs

WHAT YOU BRING

3+ years of experience as a dental service technician (preferred)

Strong knowledge of dental equipment (e.g.

A-dec, Midmark, Belmont, Dentsply Sirona, etc.)

Solid IT background, including networked devices, digital imaging systems, software installations and firmware updates

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills and a caring,

qualified manner

Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record

Ability to travel to customer sites within Manitoba

Ability to lift 100 lbs.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
