Half Moon Dentistry is looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Dental Receptionist to join our team.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of dental reception experience is required
- Previous experience working in a Canadian dental office is preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and scheduling
- Experience with dental insurance and treatment estimates
- Robust computer and typing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and confident when interacting with patients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage a busy reception area
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team

Responsibilities
- Greeting and checking patients in and out
- Answering phones,



emails, and patient inquiries
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments
- Managing confirmations, recalls, and follow-ups
- Processing insurance claims and reviewing patient benefits
- Preparing treatment estimates and financial breakdowns
- Collecting and processing patient payments
- Maintaining accurate patient information and documentation
- Supporting the clinical team to keep the daily schedule running smoothly
- Completing administrative duties as assigned
