Cheque Print Solutions Inc.is a leading manufacturer of laser and manual business cheques in Canada and US. We are located in Calgary, Alberta. Print Wow is our custom printing division. This new Design/Print Production Operator & Finishing position will work directly customer to take their print needs from design to completion. A thorough understanding and experience in print production and commercial digital print production is mandatory, along with experience working with the Adobe Suite.

POSITION DETAILS:

Time Management:

- Managing your day to meet business, customer and personal deadlines
- Efficiently and accurately finishing jobs to meet the customers’ needs
- Communicating effectively with your team on timelines and deadlines
- Managing and producing new and repeat orders for customers in a fast-paced digital print environment
- Graphic design work in a limited capacity will be necessary, however this position consists mainly of managing digital files from production to finishing.
- Working with the team in the Cheque Production division. Training will be available.

Organizational Skills

- Understanding your workload and prioritizing the order of operations.
- Ability to customer manage and file manage current, pending and finished orders according to office procedures.

Professionalism:





- Professionalism and customer service are what makes Cheque Print and Print Wow successful. Emails, phone calls and customer communication must always be conducted in a qualified manner.

Qualifications:

- Strong spoken and written skills in English
- Experience using the Adobe Suite of products
- 1-2 years’ experience in pre-production and post-production
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds
- An eye for detail and deadline driven
- Ability to multi-task
- An independent self-starter and thinker
- Enjoy working with the public
- Fiery and/or Ricoh printer experience is an asset
- Large format printing/production as asset

Job Details:

- Full time – permanent position
- Monday – Friday 9 am- 5 pm
- Salary range $50-$55K
- 3 weeks paid vacation per year
- 6 paid flex days (1 every 2ndmonth
- $2000 yearly health spending account allowance
