Key Responsibilities:



• Support clients in strategic project planning and execution • Contribute to evolving HR policies and frameworks • Analyze challenges and propose strategic solutions • Represent the unit in discussions with senior leadership • Manage negotiations with external partners effectively

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or similar • At least eight years of HR experience required • Background in leading transformation initiatives • Familiarity with IT operational processes • Proficiency in French is essential
