We are seeking an experienced AEM Full Stack Developer to join our Studio / Technology team at INNOCEAN Canada on a full-time, permanent basis in Toronto (Hybrid).

This role sits at the intersection of deep AEM expertise and full stack development, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-grade digital experiences across the entire software development lifecycle. You will build AEM templates, components, and integrations while contributing front-end craftsmanship and back-end services that extend AEM into the broader technology ecosystem. Partnering closely with project managers, designers, UX, and development teams, you'll translate creative vision into scalable, high-performing, and maintainable solutions from pixel to platform.

Participate in all phases of the AEM development lifecycle, including estimation, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support Configure and manage DAM asset metadata, metadata schemas, and workflows Design and optimize dispatcher and CDN caching strategies to improve performance and scalability Support AEM Multi-Site Manager implementations and content governance strategies Front-End Development Translate wireframes and creative designs into high-quality, responsive front-end implementations Collaborate with UX, creative, and development teams to uphold high standards for digital experience quality Build and maintain server‑side logic, services, and database structures supporting AEM and related platforms Support ETL processes and data workflows tied to campaign, CRM, and content systems Apply security, performance,
