Business Development Representative - Toronto The Business Development Representative (BDR) role is part of our Sales Development Organization - the engine behind new business growth at Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM. We are looking for a motivated BDR to partner with our outbound sales teams, drive pipeline through strategic prospecting, and launch a high-impact sales career at a company leading the agentic era. Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold calling across existing Salesforce customers and net new logos in an assigned territory Partner with account teams to identify and source pipeline by researching lines of business, personas, and key decision makers Manage and nurture inbound leads and early-stage opportunities driven by outbound efforts Participate in an intensive sales training program designed to build the foundational skills needed for a long-term career in sales Experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and account research across a mix of new and existing accounts 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field ~ Experience with account planning and working a hybrid list of net-new and existing install accounts ~ Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life.

For Ontario-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is CAD 54,665 to CAD 73,125 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
