Become the Senior Associate Director for Gift & Estate Planning at UBC, leading comprehensive fundraising initiatives. This role emphasizes major donor relationships and strategic planning. As the Senior Associate Director, your key responsibility will be to drive major gift fundraising with a target of exceeding $5M in annual contributions.

You will work collaboratively with university leadership and the development team to cultivate relationships and implement successful strategies. A strong emphasis on mentoring and developing staff will be vital in delivering exceptional fundraising outputs. Key Responsibilities:
