Lead Goway's platform operations as the Director of Technical Operations in full onsite capacity in Toronto. Own service levels, incident management, and operational practices to ensure platform reliability.

Goway is seeking a Director to oversee technical operations in a permanent, full-time role. You will focus on service level objectives, incident command, and automation, driving efficiency across our technology organization. Collaborate with other technology leaders while reporting directly to the CTO.

Key Responsibilities: • Define and report service-level objectives for core services • Manage incidents, including escalation and communication • Conduct root cause analysis and problem management • Oversee change and release management processes • Ensure operational readiness for integrations and new products

Requirements: • 8+ years in platform or technical operations • 5+ years in a leadership role • Experience in building operational frameworks from scratch • Hands-on AWS experience, including cost management • Solid vendor management and SLA enforcing skills
