Responsibilities

- Efficiently clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold high hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas regularly throughout shifts.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks under supervision, such as peeling, chopping, or portioning ingredients.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service times by ensuring all items are sanitized and ready for use.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes in accordance with health and safety regulations.




- Follow food handling procedures meticulously to ensure safety and compliance with health standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of food service.

Experience

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for motivated newcomers.
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures specific to commercial kitchens or hotel settings is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of food handling and safety practices is desirable.
- Experience in food service or hospitality roles demonstrates strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.

Pay: $17.60 per hour
