Duties

- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness and readiness for use
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as sorting ingredients and organizing supplies
- Ensure food safety standards are upheld by following proper handling and sanitation procedures
- Support the kitchen team in meal assembly and ingredient setup when needed
- Maintain a tidy work area by cleaning counters, floors, and storage areas regularly




- Help with waste disposal and recycling to promote an environmentally friendly kitchen
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for everyone

Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices is advantageous
- Familiarity with cooking or meal preparation tasks can be a plus but is not mandatory
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
