Duties

- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, or portioning items under supervision.
- Support the kitchen staff by organizing supplies, stocking stations, and ensuring all areas are sanitized regularly.
- Help with meal assembly and presentation when needed to ensure timely service.
- Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper handling of food items and maintaining hygiene standards.




- Clear tables and assist with general kitchen cleanup to uphold a safe and sanitary environment.
- Support the team during busy service hours by performing various kitchen helper duties as directed.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
- Basic knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and cleaning.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
- Familiarity with cooking or meal preparation is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team.
