Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily dispatch schedules and delivery routes
- Assign drivers, vehicles, and deliveries based on operational needs
- Monitor shipments and provide updates on delivery status
- Communicate with drivers, customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Track pickups, deliveries, delays, and schedule changes
- Respond quickly to operational issues and help resolve delays
- Maintain accurate dispatch, shipment, and delivery records
- Enter and update information in transportation or logistics systems
- Prepare daily reports and operational documentation
- Support efficient routing and resource allocation
- Follow company safety, transportation, and operational procedures

Qualifications

- Previous experience in dispatch,



logistics, transportation, shipping, or coordination is an asset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
- Ability to work effectively with drivers and internal teams
- Bilingual French and English is an asset
